Coaching

Program Milestones

By fully engaging in the program, you can look forward to achieving these key milestones throughout your journey.

By Week 2

Complete initial project planning and goal setting. Participants should have a clear outline of their project and initial steps taken.

By Week 5

Achieve significant progress on project milestones. Key deliverables or drafts should be completed, and participants should be actively working through any challenges.

By Week 7

Finalize major components of the project. Participants should be refining their work, incorporating feedback, and preparing for final adjustments.

By Week 10

Complete and present the final project. Participants should have a polished final deliverable and be ready to share their achievements in the graduation ceremony.

Meet Your Coach

Aiesha is a certified transformational and leadership coach with a background in learning and development. She brings over 8 years of experience in helping people with big hearts overcome obstacles, discover their true purpose, and achieve their most ambitious goals.

She is also a singer-songwriter and avid explorer of all forms of creative expression. Her educational background is in Business Management and she has significant experience managing large-scale projects of all kinds. 

When you work with Aiesha, you can expect a personalized experience that is supportive and inspiring. She will guide you through a process that helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action. You’ll be encouraged to explore your creativity and intuition as resources to move through challenges. Most importantly, you’ll have a coach who is genuinely invested in your success.

How to Start

Follow these four simple steps to begin your path towards achieving meaningful progress with your project. Each step is designed to ensure that the program is the right fit for you and to set you up for success. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Complete the Discovery Assessment

Fill out the questionnaire below to start the process.
This assessment is designed to help us better understand your goals, challenges, and unique needs. 

Step 2: Schedule a Complimentary Coaching Call

After completing the assessment, you'll be able to book a 30-minute coaching call at no charge. We'll discuss some insights from the assessment and explore a path forward. After scheduling your call, you'll receive a calendar invite. 

Step 3: Join the Information Session 

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an invitation for the information session on September 22nd, 2024. Please RSVP and attend the session to determine if the program is a good fit for you. If you’re unable to attend, we can make an alternative arrangement. 

Step 4: Confirm Your Participation:

The last day to register is September 29th, 2024. If you wish to proceed, you’ll receive a short contract to review and you can select your investment option. Then you'll be invited to start with program activities on October 6th, 2024.
